Day 4: Zucchini in a cast iron

What: I cooked Zucchini in a cast iron pan; the first time I've made veggies with a cast iron
Who: Told my parents about it
Notes:
- I got a cast iron pan for christmas, and I'm excited to cook with it!
- When I've had veggies cooked in cast iron, they can have a delicious grilled/charred flavor that is hard to get with other pans.
- I couldn't tell the difference between this batch of zucchini and the zucchini I usually make in a non stick pan. However, after I took them out, I got distracted and didn't end up eating them til they were cold, so I'd want to revisit and eat them hot!
- For this batch, I cut zucchini into ~1/3in half coins. I'd like to experiment with different shapes; thinking about doing thicker length wise strips next.
